I usually recommend solid colors and clothing that fits the way you dress for work. Bring a few options if you aren't sure. We can decide together before we start shooting.

I recommend keeping your makeup close to what you normally wear. Heavy makeup can look artificial in photos and create extra shine, so a natural look usually works best.

I photograph each person separately with the same lighting and background, then combine the images into one group photo. When someone new joins the team, we can photograph that person and add them without asking everyone else to come back.
