Yes. Most of our corporate work happens on location. We photograph teams at offices, manufacturing facilities, healthcare practices, and professional workplaces across Summit County. We bring full studio-grade lighting, seamless backdrops, and a tethered laptop for live proofing, so a 30-person team can usually be photographed in a single morning without anyone leaving the building.

Solid colors in the navy / charcoal / burgundy / forest range photograph cleanly under studio lighting and read well on LinkedIn. Avoid micro-patterns (small checks, tight stripes) that can moire on camera. Manufacturing and engineering leadership usually look strongest in a tailored blazer over an open collar; faculty and educators tend to do well in academic-business-casual; healthcare staff often shoot in white coats or scrubs. Bring two or three options and we'll pick on the day.

Plan on 30 to 45 minutes for an individual session at the Hartville studio — that includes warm-up, two or three outfit changes, and review of proofs on the back of the camera. For on-site Akron team days we typically slot each person at 8 to 12 minutes, which lets us photograph 30 to 40 employees in a half day without rushing anyone. Larger teams sometimes book a full day so we can rotate the entire department through.

Typical turnaround is about 5 business days. You'll receive a private online gallery to pick your favorites, and the selected edited images come back retouched in both LinkedIn-ready and print-resolution formats. If you're working against a conference deadline at the John S. Knight Center or a press release tied to a new hire, mention it when you book — rush turnaround is often available for genuine deadlines.

Every delivery includes a print-resolution JPG (typically 4000+ pixels on the long edge, suitable for large prints, trade-show banners, and editorial use), a LinkedIn-square crop, and a 1200px web file optimized for your firm's website and email signature. If you need a specific format for an HR system or supplied provider-directory spec, send us the requirements and we'll prepare matching file options when possible.

Individual sessions start at $190 for the session time. Edited images are $190 each, and most Akron clients leave with 2 to 3. For Summit County corporate teams, per-person pricing scales with team size — a 10-person team typically runs less per person than an individual session. Yes. Rush turnaround is available for an additional fee when the schedule allows, and we've turned around fast deliveries for Akron clients with genuine deadlines — a press hit, a tradeshow at the John S. Knight Center, or a new partner announcement at an Akron law firm. The earlier you flag the timeline, the better we can plan around it. We don't rush every job by default because quality retouching takes time, but when it genuinely matters we make it work.

Every selected edited image includes professional retouching: skin softening that keeps texture intact, color and exposure balancing, stray-hair cleanup, and minor wardrobe adjustments. We deliberately don't apply heavy "AI-smooth" alterations — Akron professionals across polymer, healthcare, and higher ed have told us they'd rather look like themselves on a good day than look like a stock photo. Additional work — clothing swaps, background replacement, group-composite headshots — is available as an a la carte add-on.

On-location sessions are usually more efficient for Akron-area teams: we set up in a conference room or open area at your office and photograph the whole staff in one block, which means consistent branding across the team directory and no one losing half a day to travel. Image quality is equivalent between the two — the choice is about logistics and variety.
