HeadshotsNEO provides professional headshot photography services for individuals and businesses. Our services include:

• Individual headshot sessions for professionals, executives, and job seekers
• Corporate team headshot sessions at your location or our studio
• Professional photo editing and retouching
• Digital image delivery in multiple formats and resolutions
• LinkedIn profile optimization and professional branding consultation

Booking and Scheduling

All bookings require confirmation and acceptance of these terms. When scheduling a session:

• Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment
• You will receive a confirmation email with session details and preparation guidelines
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened session time
• We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to allow time for wardrobe and preparation

Payment Terms

Payment is required to confirm your booking and receive your final images:

• A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking
• Remaining balance is due before final image delivery
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during booking
• All prices are in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit may be forfeited or applied to a future session
• No-shows: Full session fee may be charged

For group and corporate sessions, cancellation policies may differ based on the size and scope of the booking. Please refer to your specific contract or contact us for details.

Image Usage and Copyright

Upon final payment, you receive a license to use your headshot images for personal and professional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Professional profiles (LinkedIn, company websites, business cards)
• Social media profiles and professional networking
• Resume and job application materials
• Personal use and print

HeadshotsNEO retains copyright ownership of all images and reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio display, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. If you prefer that your images not be used for marketing, please notify us in writing before your session.

Images may not be resold, used for stock photography, or licensed to third parties without written permission.

Image Delivery and Editing

After your session, we provide professional editing and timely delivery:

• Standard delivery within 5 business days of your session
• Rush delivery available for an additional fee (contact us for availability)
• Images delivered via secure online gallery with download access
• Professional retouching included (skin smoothing, blemish removal, color correction)

Extensive editing requests beyond standard retouching may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

HeadshotsNEO's total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption beyond our control
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful session, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and scheduling information
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions
• Follow preparation guidelines provided before the session
• Communicate any special requirements or concerns in advance

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law
